What can I manage with NewSync Farm?
Farms, plots, labour and employee attendance, wages, food, expenses, income, receipts and operational reports. Tenant admins and supervisors have separate responsibilities.
Do workers need to blink for attendance?
No. The current simple attendance flow uses a supervisor-captured photo and browser GPS. The supervisor should witness the worker physically present. Photo and screen spoofing are not reliably blocked by this mode.
Does it work without internet?
An internet connection is needed for face matching, GPS-based farm validation on the server, and saving attendance or financial records. The app uses small photo uploads, but does not provide an offline attendance queue.
Can I use it on Android or iPhone?
Yes, through a supported browser. You can add the web app to your home screen where supported. Attendance needs HTTPS and camera/location permissions; GPS accuracy depends on the device and conditions.
Can wages and food costs be split between plots?
Yes. Enter the work allocation percentages when submitting the day’s wages and food. The tenant admin reviews the submission, and paid costs are assigned to the plots through settlement.
How do I choose a subscription?
Contact hello@newsync.in for current pricing, farm/plot limits and onboarding. Existing users can log in directly. Account registration and paid-plan activation follow the app’s current verification and approval process.
